Football Recap: Chicopee Comp Comes Up Short

Chicopee Comp and King Philip Regional squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Chicopee Comp had to settle for second. They had to suffer through a 51-0 loss at the hands of the Warriors. The game marked the first time this year in which the Colts were not able to get on the board.

Having lost for the first time this season, Chicopee Comp fell to 8-1. As for King Philip Regional, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.

Chicopee Comp and King Philip Regional will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Colts see the field they'll take on Chicopee at 10:15 a.m. on the 27th. As for King Philip Regional, their break will end when they face Franklin at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th.
