Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kirksville). They put the hurt on the Marshall Owls with a sharp 17-2 win on Tuesday. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Owls recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Kirksville's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-9. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.7 runs over those games. As for Marshall, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.
