With a playoff win on the line, Rocklin rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Saint Francis Lancers. Winning may never get old, but the Thunder sure are getting used to it with their 13th in a row.

Rocklin never let Saint Francis on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-19, 28-26.

Among those leading the charge was Devon Schweitzer, who had 11 digs and two aces. She has been hot for a while, having posted 11 or more digs the last nine times she's played. Iliya Little also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Rocklin's victory bumped their record up to 35-4. As for Saint Francis, their loss dropped their record down to 19-12.

Looking ahead, Rocklin will face off against Branson at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. Saint Francis does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
