Football Game Preview: Westlake Demons vs. Buckeye Bucks + How To Watch

The Westlake Demons will venture away from home to face off against the Buckeye Bucks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Westlake has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the contest with three straight losses, while Buckeye will come in with six straight victories.

Westlake came up short against Bay on Friday, falling 49-28. While losing is never fun, the Demons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 464th, while the Rockets are ranked 185th).

Meanwhile, Buckeye got the win against Valley Forge on Friday by a conclusive 41-20. The Bucks pushed the score to 34-7 by the end of the third, a deficit the Patriots cut but never quite recovered from.

Westlake's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Buckeye, their win bumped their record up to 6-0.

Westlake took a serious blow against Buckeye when the teams last played back in October of 2024, falling 49-7. Can the Demons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
