After only one run in their last match, Monticello made sure to put some runs up on the board against Malvern on Saturday. Monticello was the clear victor by a 10-2 margin over Malvern. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Billies' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

Monticello is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-6 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.5 runs on average over those games.
