Volleyball Recap: Ramsey Takes a Loss

Ramsey was the 2-0 winner over Christ Our Rock Lutheran when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Rams fell 2-0 to the Silver Stallions on Monday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Rams haven't been shut out since back in September.

Kelli Cook paced Ramsey's offense, picking up six kills. Cook got some help from Mia Waggoner and her nine assists. Waggoner was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Ramsey's loss dropped their record down to 15-13. As for Christ Our Rock Lutheran, their victory bumped their record up to 14-18.

Ramsey does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Christ Our Rock Lutheran, they will head out on the road to square off against Nokomis at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
