Columbia Christian waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Nevada Blue Jays with a sharp 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Crusaders also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

One reason for the win was Columbia Christian's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-15, 25-14.

Columbia Christian's victory bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Nevada, they dropped their record down to 6-9 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Columbia Christian will square off against Spring Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Nevada, they will face off against Ashdown at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
