Volleyball Recap: Reagan Starts off Right with Win over West Stokes

Reagan took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the West Stokes Wildcats. The Raiders haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Reagan took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-15, 25-11.

Reagan's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brielynd Riddle, who had six digs and two aces. Another player making a difference was Klaire Weiss, who had three digs and two aces.

They weren't the only good server: Reagan was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in October of 2024.

Looking ahead, Reagan will host South Stokes at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for West Stokes, they will take on East Forsyth at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
