Basketball Recap: Ohio E Comes Up Short

Ohio E was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 58-46 to the Monclova Christian Academy Thunder. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Thunder this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 89-48 back in December of 2024.

Ohio E's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Monclova Christian Academy, they pushed their record up to 16-2 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home.

Ohio E does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Monclova Christian Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Woodward at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Monclova Christian Academy's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
