Joliet Catholic won the last time they faced St. Patrick and things went their way on Saturday too. The Hilltoppers put the hurt on the Shamrocks with a sharp 15-2 victory. The Hilltoppers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by eight runs or more this season.

Joliet Catholic is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-10 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for St. Patrick, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-8.
