Basketball Recap: California Takes a Loss

California was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Greensburg Central Catholic Centurions 77-20. The contest marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

California's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Greensburg Central Catholic, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 15-1.

California will venture away from home to square off against Clairton at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Greensburg Central Catholic has already played their next game (against Belle Vernon), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
