Basketball Game Preview: Beardstown Tigers vs. Lewistown Indians

The Beardstown Tigers just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Lewistown Indians at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

On Monday, Beardstown ended up a good deal behind Augusta Southeastern and lost 56-37. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Lewistown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 55-37 to Astoria/VIT.

Lewistown's loss dropped their record down to 4-21. As for Beardstown, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-20.

Beardstown strolled past Lewistown when the teams last played back in February of 2024 by a score of 63-47. Will Beardstown repeat their success, or does Lewistown have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
