Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Voorheesville). They put the hurt on the Mohonasen Warriors with a sharp 73-52 win on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Blackbirds have posted against the Warriors since March 2, 2021.

Voorheesville's win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Mohonasen, they dropped their record down to 6-7 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Voorheesville will host Notre Dame Bishop Gibbons at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mohonasen, they will be playing in front of their home fans against La Salle Institute at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. La Salle Institute will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Mohonasen surely won't give up without a fight.
