Bristol Eastern waltzed into their match on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Conard Red Wolves. The Lancers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Red Wolves, too.

Bristol Eastern never let Conard on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-21, 27-25.

Despite the loss, Conard still got an impressive performance from Phoebe K, who had eight digs and five aces.

Bristol Eastern's victory bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Conard, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-4.

Bristol Eastern didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Lewis Mills on the 10th. Conard has also already played their next matchup (against Bloomfield), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
