Considering the Pioneers have won 11 contests by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Barlow fell victim to Forest Grove and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vikings. The Bruins haven't had much luck with the Vikings recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Barlow's defeat dropped their record down to 16-10. As for Sandy, their win bumped their record up to 16-14.
