Baseball Recap: Sierra Pacific Comes Up Short

After flying high against Sanger last Wednesday, Sierra Pacific came back down to earth. The Sierra Pacific Golden Bears lost 10-1 to the Madera Coyotes on Friday.

Sierra Pacific saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Christian Flores, who went 1-for-3 with one home run.

Sierra Pacific's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Madera, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Sierra Pacific didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 5-4 victory against Porterville on the 3rd. As for Madera, they have also already played their next contest, a 9-2 win against Madera South on the 3rd.
