It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Osceola had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Lakeland Dreadnaughts with a sharp 11-3 win. The Kowboys might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by three goals or more this season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Osceola, bringing their record for this year to 10-6. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 32 goals over those four games. As for Lakeland, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-13-2 record this season.

Osceola will challenge Lake Gibson at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Osceola's favor is that they have posted at least four goals in their last four matchups. Lakeland does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
