Volleyball Recap: Brawley Victorious

Brawley won the last time they faced Victory Christian Academy and things went their way on Saturday too. The Wildcats walked away with a 2-0 win over the Knights. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

Their offense was headlined by Lucca Rubin and Grace Walker, who picked up seven kills apiece. Rubin really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with eight. Demi Vogel controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Brawley's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Victory Christian Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Brawley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against High Tech SD on the 25th. As for Victory Christian Academy, they will take on San Diego Jewish Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
