Apple Valley won the last time they faced Burroughs and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Sun Devils narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Burros 5-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Sun Devils have posted against the Burros since March 23, 2023.

Apple Valley's victory was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Aril Jackson, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.
