Basketball Recap: Pulaski Takes a Loss

Pulaski was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the Washington Purgolders, falling 103-38. The Rams lost against the Purgolders in their previous head to head back in February of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 77-49 score last time.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Washington to victory, but perhaps none more so than Solomon Dotson, who posted 23 points. Another player making a difference was Arnold Smith, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds.

Pulaski's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Washington, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pulaski will take on Milwaukee Bay View at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Washington, they will square off against Milwaukee Madison at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
