Ramon Diaz put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April of 2025 on Thursday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out seven batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off seven hits (and only one walk). He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Foothill is undefeated when he allows at most one walk, but 5-6 otherwise.
