Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. Everything went their way against St. Thomas More Academy as they made off with a 12-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Lion in their matchups with the Chancellors: they've now won four in a row.

Elliott Norris looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 3-4 otherwise.
On the hitting side, N J Uhlenberg was a standout: he scored four runs and stole three bases while going 1-for-3. Zach Robinson was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 3-for-3.
Meanwhile, Thales Academy Rolesville entered their tilt with Thales Academy Apex on Monday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 14-3 margin over the Titans.
Cooper Nash made a splash while hitting and pitching. He tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-1.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Andy Moore, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Leo Severs, who went 1-for-2 with four RBI and one double.
Thales Academy Rolesville always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .615. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .500 or higher in three consecutive contests.
Thales Academy Rolesville now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill, the win got them back to even at 5-5.
