Basketball Recap: Collinsville Takes a Loss

If Collinsville was feeling good fresh off their 65-32 takedown of Nathan Hale last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Collinsville Cardinals fell 49-42 to the Booker T. Washington Hornets on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Cardinals in their matchups with the Hornets: they've now lost five in a row.

It was another big night for Barron Harris Jr., who went 8-for-17 on his way to 19 points and five rebounds for Booker T. Washington. Joc Mitchell was another key player, going 5-for-8 to rack up 10 points.
