Volleyball Recap: Independent Baptist Academy Takes a Loss

Independent Baptist Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 3-1 to the Frederick Baptist Academy Patriots. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 on September 8th.

The final score came out to 25-18, 19-25, 25-19, 25-14.

Independent Baptist Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Frederick Baptist Academy, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Coincidentally, Independent Baptist Academy and Frederick Baptist Academy will both be playing Granite Baptist Academy the next time they take the court. The Patriots will head out to face the Guardians at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Kings will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on the 6th.
