Wheatmore kicked off their season on the road on Thursday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 5-1 to the Glenn Bobcats. The defeat continues a trend for Wheatmore in their meetings with Glenn: they've now lost three in a row.

The victory (which was Glenn's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Wheatmore is taking a road trip to face off against North Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Glenn, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Bishop McGuinness at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
