Basketball Recap: Oakmont Regional Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Oakmont Regional and Watertown squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Oakmont Regional had to settle for second. The contest between the Oakmont Regional Spartans and the Watertown Raiders didn't end well, with the Oakmont Regional Spartans falling 54-38. The Spartans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Raiders apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2023.

Oakmont Regional now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Watertown, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Oakmont Regional nor Watertown have any future games scheduled.
