Volleyball Game Preview: Aransas Pass Panthers vs. Taft Greyhounds

The Aransas Pass Panthers will head out to face off against the Taft Greyhounds at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Aransas Pass has now lost ten straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since August 30.

Aransas Pass came up short against West Oso on Friday, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-15, 25-11.

Meanwhile, Taft lost 3-0 to London on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Greyhounds in their meetings with the Pirates: they've now lost six in a row.

Taft's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 12-6. As for Aransas Pass, their loss dropped their record down to 7-22.

Aransas Pass couldn't quite get it done against Taft when the teams last played back in August as they fell 3-1. Can the Panthers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
