South Lyon won the last time they faced Hartland and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Lions walked away with a 2-0 win over the Eagles.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: South Lyon took both sets by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-15.

Kennedy Duncan paced South Lyon's offense, picking up six kills. Duncan got some help from Lucy Stoll and her ten assists. Finally, Kate Sulkowski kept South Lyon's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

South Lyon's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Hartland, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-3.

South Lyon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Dexter on the 27th. As for Hartland, they will hit the road for the first time this season to face off against Goodrich at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
