There's no place like home for Huntington, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They blew past the Piketon Redstreaks 3-0 on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

Huntington was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-23, 25-23.

Brailee Hauswirth paced Huntington's offense, picking up 12 kills. Hauswirth got some help from Leighton Keiser and her 18 assists.

Huntington is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season. As for Piketon, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-12.

Huntington and Piketon could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings. The Huntsmen (ranked 290th) will meet Unioto (ranked 60th) at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Piketon will square off against Adena at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank disadvantage (395 vs. 21).
