Volleyball Recap: Quantico's Undefeated Season over After Five Games

Quantico lost 3-0 to Immanuel Christian on Monday. The loss put an end to Quantico's undefeated start to the season.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-16, 25-8.

Christyann Bergamo paced Quantico's offense, picking up five kills. Bergamo got some help from Lilly Brady and her five assists. Kinleigh Farnsworth controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Having lost for the first time this season, Quantico fell to 4-1. As for Immanuel Christian, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-3.

Coming up, Quantico will challenge Wakefield School at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Immanuel Christian, they will host Fredericksburg Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
