Carolina Academy has gone 7-1 against Blue Ridge recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Trojans will square off against the Fighting Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Blue Ridge took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Carolina Academy, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with six losses in a row, Carolina Academy turned things around against Palmetto on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Mustangs 3-2.

The home team had come away the winner the last five times Blue Ridge and Berea had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Fighting Tigers came up short against the Bulldogs on Tuesday, falling 4-1. Blue Ridge have struggled against Berea recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Carolina Academy's victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-7 and their overall record up to 3-10. As for Blue Ridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.

Everything went Carolina Academy's way against Blue Ridge in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Carolina Academy made off with a 5-2 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Trojans since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
