Soccer Recap: Beverly Hills Takes a Loss

If Beverly Hills was riding high fresh off their 7-0 takedown of Verbum Dei Jesuit last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Normans came up short against the Windward Wildcats on Monday, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Beverly Hills of the 5-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2024.

Beverly Hills now has a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, Beverly Hills will head out on the road to challenge Campbell Hall at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Windward, they will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Mountain View at 3:15 p.m. Mountain View's defense has only allowed 0.2 goals per game this season, so Windward's offense will have their work cut out for them.
