Football Recap: Fremont Pathfinders vs. Crenshaw Cougars
Fremont lost against Crenshaw back in September, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Fremont Pathfinders took a 20-13 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Crenshaw Cougars. Crenshaw's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Cheyenne Hickman, who picked up 101 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 61 yards on only six carries. Hickman also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making three total tackles and defending two passes in addition to snagging an interception. Another signal caller making a difference was Talita Robinson, who threw for 226 yards and two touchdowns.
Fremont's defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Crenshaw, they pushed their record up to 16-4-1 with the win, which was their tenth straight on the road.
