Volleyball Recap: Chapman Irish vs. Clay Center Tigers
Chapman lost against Clay Center back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Irish fell 2-0 to the Tigers.
The final score came out to 25-9, 25-13.
Jai Rogers paced Chapman's offense, picking up five kills. Rogers got some help from Breslyn Francis and her five assists.
Chapman's loss dropped their record down to 12-16. As for Clay Center, the win (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 26-2.
The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Tigers beat Chapman by a score of 2-0 later that day.
