Naliyah Sefidi, Monte Vista's leader in assists on the season, led the team again on Friday. Sefidi wasn't messing around, putting up 15 points in addition to five assists and five rebounds. The contest was her third straight with 15 or more points. While that hot streak is impressive, perhaps more impressive is what she's done for her team: she's posted a third or more of Monte Vista's points for three straight games.

Sefidi and Monte Vista will square off against Sacred Heart Prep at 11:00 a.m. on Monday. Monte Vista will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 221 places lower in California), but they're not letting that get them down.
