Last Tuesday, Racine Park came up short against Kenosha Tremper and fell 54-41. Racine Park has struggled against Kenosha Tremper recently, as their match on Tuesday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Despite their defeat, Racine Park saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Myasia Bostick, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 14 rebounds, was perhaps the best of all. Bostick hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for nine straight games. Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Oak Creek at home against Racine Case on Tuesday as the squad secured a 69-40 victory. Given Oak Creek's advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 97th, while Racine Case is ranked 225th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Racine Park has not been sharp recently as the team's lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-13 record this season. As for Oak Creek, their victory bumped their record up to 12-9.
