Soccer Recap: Temple Christian Academy Wins Going Away Against Heritage Christian

Temple Christian Academy won the last time they faced Heritage Christian and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Warriors put the hurt on Heritage Christian with a sharp 8-1 victory. It was an even better day for Thomas Ash as he scored three goals for his team.

Something new happened on Tuesday as Ash saw his first action of the season, playing six minutes against Heritage Christian. Ash made the most of the opportunity, scoring three goals and two assists A few more games like that and he might be seeing even more time going forward.

The win made it two in a row for Temple Christian Academy and bumps their season record up to 4-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those two matchups. As for Heritage Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.

Coincidentally, Temple Christian Academy and Heritage Christian will both be playing Bowling Green Christian Academy the next time they take the pitch. The Warriors will host the Lions at 5:46 p.m. on Thursday, while Heritage Christian will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
