Teutopolis won the last time they faced North Clay and things went their way on Monday too. The Wooden Shoes came out on top against the Cardinals by a score of 2-0.

Teutopolis easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-16.

Teutopolis is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. As for North Clay, they dropped their record down to 7-16 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Teutopolis will head out to square off against Dieterich at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Clay, they will venture away from home to take on Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
