Baseball Recap: Cedarville Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Cedarville's offense. They lost 10-0 to the Miami Trace Panthers on Thursday. If the Indians were looking for revenge after losing 13-2 to the Panthers when the teams met back in April of 2017, then they'll just have to keep looking.

This is the second loss in a row for Cedarville and nudges their season record down to 10-6. As for Miami Trace, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-4-1.

Cedarville wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 4-2 victory against Greenon on the 11th. As for Miami Trace, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 6-5 win against East Clinton on the 9th.
