Basketball Recap: Itasca Picks Up Tenth Straight Win at Home

There's no place like home for Itasca, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They took down the Bosqueville Bulldogs 56-40 on Tuesday. The Wampus Cats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bulldogs, too.

Itasca pushed their record up to 16-7 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.3 points per game. As for Bosqueville, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Itasca will square off against Crawford at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
