Softball Recap: Mercy Jaguars vs. Bullitt East Chargers

Mercy won the last time they faced Bullitt East, and things went their way on Thursday too. The Mercy Jaguars walked away with a 9-5 victory over the Bullitt East Chargers.

Lyla Ballou spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and one unearned) runs on nine hits.

At the plate, Mercy got a massive performance out of Allie Streble, who went 2-for-3 with a home run, two runs, and two RBI. Madison Degrella was another key contributor, going 1-for-4 with a home run and four RBI.
