Recap: Baldwin Bulldogs vs. Louisburg Wildcats
The Baldwin Bulldogs won the last time they faced the Louisburg Wildcats, and things went their way on Friday too. Baldwin strolled past Louisburg with points to spare, taking the game 62-46.
Cooper Carr continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 27 points and 13 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Colton Collum, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds.
Baldwin's victory was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-1. As for Louisburg, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.
Baldwin will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Wellsville at 7:00 p.m. Wellsville will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak. As for Louisburg, they will take on Northeast Kansas Nighthawks HomeSchool at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Northeast Kansas Nighthawks HomeSchool focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up six back in December of 2023.
