Roosevelt had lost four games straight , but after bumping their record up to 3-14 on Thursday that streak is in the rearview. They blew past the Dimmitt Bobcats 20-9. The Eagles' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.
Roosevelt got a massive performance out of Zobry Bryant, who went 3-for-5 with six stolen bases, three runs, and four RBI. Another player making a difference was K Grimes, who went 3-for-5 with two stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI.
Roosevelt always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .625. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
