Basketball Recap: Nonnewaug Takes a Loss

Nonnewaug lost against Shepaug Valley on February 7th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Nonnewaug Chiefs fell just short of the Shepaug Valley Spartans by a score of 73-70. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Thursday (60), the Chiefs still had to take the loss.

Nonnewaug's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Shepaug Valley, the win keeps them at an undefeated 23-0.

As of now, neither Nonnewaug nor Shepaug Valley have any future games scheduled.
