Basketball Recap: Okay Sets Scoring Season-High Against Keota

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Okay). They breezed by the Keota Lions to the tune of 98-40 on Friday. Given the Mustangs' advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 80th, while the Lions are ranked 392nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Okay's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-4. As for Keota, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9.

Okay is taking a road trip to square off against Porum at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Okay knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Porum likes a good challenge. As for Keota, they will be playing at home against Gore at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Gore will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Keota surely won't give up without a fight.
