Basketball Recap: Immaculate Heart Academy Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Immaculate Heart Academy and Albertus Magnus squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Immaculate Heart Academy had to settle for second. They received a blow as they fell 63-49 to the Albertus Magnus Falcons. The Blue Eagles have struggled against the Falcons recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Immaculate Heart Academy now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Albertus Magnus, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-2.

Immaculate Heart Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 51-22 victory against Paramus Catholic on the 15th. Albertus Magnus has also already played their next game (against St. Rose), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
