Baseball Recap: Benjamin Davis Takes a Loss

Benjamin Davis lost to Aldine on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Panthers fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 4-3. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Benjamin Davis saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Yael Salas, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Benjamin Davis' loss dropped their record down to 7-16. As for Aldine, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-5-3.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Benjamin Davis will square off against rival Westfield at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Aldine is set to take on their familiar foe Eisenhower at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
