Football Game Preview: Fuqua Falcons vs. Kenston Forest Kavaliers

The Fuqua Falcons will square off against the Kenston Forest Kavaliers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Fuqua comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Fuqua is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Virginia's top teams: Broadwater Academy, who was ranked fourth at the time (Fuqua was ranked seventh). The contest between the Falcons and the Vikings didn't end well, with the Falcons falling 30-13.

Fuqua didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Colton Reynolds and Jackson Hicks.

Meanwhile, Kenston Forest lost 41-18 to Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot on Friday.

Although Kenston Forest took the loss, they still got scores from Graham Sledd, Ransom Clark, and Alessandro Fristachi.

Fuqua's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Kenston Forest, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.

Fuqua was dealt a bruising 44-6 defeat at the hands of Kenston Forest when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Falcons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
