Softball Recap: Bibb County Comes Up Short

Bibb County lost to American Christian Academy back in March and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Choctaws came up short against the Patriots, falling 9-1. The Choctaws have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bibb County's defeat dropped their record down to 5-19. As for American Christian Academy, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-9.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Bibb County is set to challenge their familiar foe West Blocton at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, American Christian Academy will square off against rival Holt at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
