Carrollton took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Holden 58-29. Considering the Trojans' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Meanwhile, Hardin-Central waltzed into their match on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They blew past the Wildcats, posting a 68-33 victory. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 25 points or more this season.

Hardin-Central pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.4 points per game. As for Carrollton, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
